Oral Mandibular Advancement Devices are a special type of night guard used in Oral Appliance Therapy (OSA). They are built to shift the jaw forward slightly when you sleep. This helps open up your airway, and prevents tissue from collapsing into your airway as you sleep.

This, in turn, prevents obstructive sleep apnea. If you have a mild-to-moderate case of OSA, OAT with an oral mandibular advancement device may be right for you.
